Since Shay was so helpful with us purchasing our new home, we decided to use her for selling our old home. She worked diligently to get our home sold in a very uncertain market and also during the holiday season. Shay also made the closing process very easy.

SHAY IS AMAZING! Words can't explain what she did for me and my husband. If you want a realtor to truly have your back Shay is your Realtor. Above and beyond is an understatement, what she did for us. My husband and I had 2 properties to sell. The 2nd home my inlaws lived in it. We left to Florida to get settled to come back and pick them up. They kept telling us it was empty, when we get there to it was not. Shay hired a truck and People to help us empty the home. She was there helping, dumping garbage from morning to night. This was not her responsibility and definitely not in her job description. But she did not hesitate to jump right in. I will never forget what she did for us! Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Roman was my realtor when I was selling my house and he did an outstanding job! He truly listened, gave helpful advice and guidance during this stressful time. He is very understanding and a compassionate person. I was so impressed with his level of professionalism, punctuality and positive thinking I knew there was no other person that I would want when buying my new home. He helped me through the process of buying my new home and everything went super smoothly. He returns calls, text messages,and emails promptly. I never had to wait very long for an answer for anything. He did a fabulous job I'm very happy and I highly recommend him.

I have never met a better realtor! This guy took the time to listen to everything we wanted and made our dreams come true! He worked with my husband and myself on price and time line. We loved this guy so much we had him sell two of our properties! Roman has the patience of a saint. He was very knowledgeable on the area and extremely friendly. Do yourself and your house a favor and use Roman as your realtor!
