We had lived in our house with 3 children for 24 years, so as you can expect we had stuff. We didn't need any big things done pior to selling, but Bethe was there to guide us as to what makes a house sellable in todays market. Bethe did an outstanding job of marketing our house in the MLS with pictures and information which I'm sure brought the right people to view our home. We followed her advise and our house was under contract the weekend it was listed. We couldn't have asked for a better Listing Agent.

Bethe did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our 4-bedroom home on almost 2 acres of land. Her expertise in the market’s geographic area (she is local to us which is why we chose her over others we interviewed) in determining a competitive price while considering our needs to sell our home quickly and profitably. Bethe was very involved in all aspects of the sale of the home making sure we had all “our ducks in a row” every step of the process, which help us pass all major inspections. Bethe was friendly, responsive QUICKLY for both emails and text messages, along with answering phone calls or call back within 24 hours, and always gave sound, reasonable and great advice.
