We called him on a Friday evening and he was quick to send us details about the house we were interested in and set up a tour that weekend. He was in contact with us every step of the way and very knowledgeable. When it came to negotiations after the inspection he was a great help in getting us all the information we needed to make a decision and move forward with buying the house of our dreams! We also had to sell our house which he coordinated everything quickly and we had multiple offers that first weekend. He is the best realtor we have ever worked with and I would recommend him to anyone! I know if we ever need to move again he will be the first person I call.

We worked with Jason Dalbey from even before pre-approval because we had no idea how the process worked. He found us a VA lender to get pre-approved then walked us through step by step for 6 weeks until closing. He was very knowledgeable with the VA loan process which was awesome because he knew what homes would or wouldn't pass a strict VA inspection. It saved us alot of time and energy bc he knew exactly what to look for. His knowledge of the Pittsburgh area is also something that was very helpful. His negotiation skills are on point and his abilities to run numbers at the drop of a dime, when my head was spinning, was priceless.. There's honestly not 1 bad thing i can say about Jason. I will always recommend him to prospective home buyers. He's one of thee best real estate agents/buyers agent you will find in the entire Pittsburgh area.
