Jason did an outstanding job in the purchase of our home and subsequent sale of our condo. He is very knowledgeable about the geographical area, and helped us list our condo a competitive purchase price that allowed us to sale very fast for the market conditions. I feel fortunate to have been paired up with Kellie! As a single woman being a first time home buyer, I appreciated working with a female realtor! Kellie was patient throughout the whole process; I always felt comfortable asking her questions. Kellie is very knowledgeable and had great communication skills with myself and the seller's agent. Kellie's team is also professional, respectful, and prompt with replies and meeting deadlines.

Jason is an excellent agent. I would have given him more stars if I had the option. He made my first time home purchase feel as smooth as a breeze. He also provided me with great insight and resources about the process and required repairs and upgrades. He has a well qualified, honest and reliable team, who navigated me all the way from financing to escrow. My home search took a long time but he did not give up on me. He is patient, friendly, professional and very reliable. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I met Dylan at an open house, where he immediately connected me with his mortgage broker because he sensed that I needed financial assistance. This was the start of Dylan going above and beyond, connecting me with various trusted service providers. For example, my insurance company couldn’t insure the property, so Dylan referred me to an agent who got me a quote immediately. My home inspector from my previous transaction wasn’t available, so Dylan secured one for me on short notice (within a couple of hours, for an inspection later that week). In addition, he made the entire process go smoothly. For the home tours, Dylan prepared a booklet of homes where I could write down my impressions. There was never any push to buy, and Dylan helped me make a decision by asking what I liked and disliked about each property. Even when I had concerns about a possible foundation issue and a seller’s disclosure of previous water intrusions, Dylan was there, getting an inspector with a thermal gun to detect moisture. Dylan is an exceptional agent who provided superior service, from touring properties, to negotiating the offer, to recommending real estate vendors & service providers. He’s diligent, patient, and hardworking. Dylan is also helping me post-purchase with getting contractors to fix up my new place; when you work with him, you have an agent for life!
