Janna was very professional and knowledgeable throughout this long process. Even when we were discouraged because of the current housing market she never gave up, always positive and never doubted we would find a home. The Scharf’s are people you want in your corner!

Janna was amazing. We were purchasing an investment property from out of state, and she was our local eyes and ears. She was accessible at all times, and encouraged us through some setbacks and major delays due to the appraisal process. She was on top of everything the whole time and gave us wise advice whenever decisions needed to be made. Her husband, Rick, drove around with us all day looking at remote properties to help us find a good fit. Highly recommended!

Jana is the best! I would highly recommend her and her husband Rick to anyone looking to buy a house. It was my first time buying a house and she was very helpful for my wife and I as we navigated the home buying process. Janna and Rick were amazing to work with and bent over backwards to help in any way they can. They had good contacts to get the house ready for market and helped with managing each contractor. This was amazing as we had already relocated out of state and had very little accessibility to the area. You can’t find a better team to work with than Janna and Rick!
