I am in awe of the service that Janet Luna offers and delivers! It was a terrifying thought to know we had to choose the "right" realtor to sell our home. We chose Janet- and feel blessed that we did. Her presentation was incredible- She has a wonderful personality- and is very intuitive understanding your feelings. She inspired confidence, and offered services that surprised me. Her attitude was- "Don't Worry!" and assured us that any problem that came up- she could take care of. To my amazement, after the moving company took our belongings to our new home- she did care of everything- having the house professionally cleaned, photographed {and what photos!! daytime, evening sunset, drone shots of both, and even after dark when the spotlights were on}. She did a video walk thru, and had the house virtually staged. She presented it on social media. She showed us how to sign documents virtually {{wow}} and made us feel very secure that our home was in very capable hands. The peace of mind that she gave us was incredible. Incredibly she sold the house in less than 24 hrs- becoming the buyers agent too. She explained every step and made it easy to understand. We were so blessed to have chosen her... and enjoyed the security and how comfortable this process was under her direction. We truly did not have any worry about our home going on the market- and are still euphoric over how easy the process was.

Janet was so nice to work with. Never made us feel like a bother when we’d ask multiple questions. We had to stop looking for a couple months due to COVID, but she wasn’t hesitant on working with us once we were ready again.

I was extremely impressed and grateful for Janet as my realtor. She was/is extremely professional and treated me like family. With her wealth of experience and knowledge of being a resident and realtor in Tucson, she was able to meet me and my family’s needs within my budget and pick a home that met my expectations.
