Jan is wonderful and I would recommend him for anyone seeking a Wilmington area realtor! I was looking for a home in a very specific area of Wilmington and so it took almost a year. Jan was patient with my search process and when it finally came time to act, he did so very quickly and efficiently. I was purchasing from out of state and so Jan effectively handled the inspections and walk-thru’s for me. I had so much trust in him that I was able to purchase the home from the opinions and videos he provided and I only put eyes on it in person the day of the close. Jan has been a fantastic at referring me to local resources, even after the closing. If you would like a realtor that is patient, calm, resourceful, knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients, Jan is your person!
