Jan is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond! He was very patient with us over our year of house hunting. We lived in NJ while looking for the best place for us to retire in NC. If there was a house we were interested in, Jan would check out the house and do a video walk through for us to view, which cut down on some of the travel. He brought a contractor to check on a concern we had with the house we ultimately purchased. Even after our house purchase, Jan continues to be a valuable resource. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jan, who is professional and very personable. We appreciated his knowledge, advice and insights. We highly recommend that you contact him for your next home!

Jan represented me for both buying and selling my first home. Going into this process is so overwhelming and Jan helped make it less so. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew Jan was on top of it. He is communicative and prompt which are two very important things to look for in an agent. I could not say enough good things about working with Jan or about him as a person in general. I would recommend choosing Jan for any real estate needs if you want someone honest, patient, kind, professional, and most of all dang good at his job.
