Buying a house can be a fretful process. I know for me it was more overwhelming than I'd like to admit. I uprooted to move to a new area where I knew no one!! I spoke to several realtors, but they were never personable. They all seemed to have a "salesman" attitude. So, I would talk to a different one hoping to find someone that was personable. I knew immediately upon speaking with Brandon that he was going to the realtor I wanted to deal with! He never hesitated to answer my questions, no matter how foolish the question seemed. His communication was always "on point." He never failed to be helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he would research the area and send me links to homes that fit my specific needs. I would send him homes of interest that I found online, and he would look them up, describe the area/neighborhood, and even met me to view one of the homes on a birthday (I believe his own company). Brandon met me on multiple occasions, for me to say, "no, I really don't like this after all." Not ONCE did he ever lose his patience with me!! When I found the home that I knew was "it," he was AWESOME!!!! I bought a new construction home. He would go out and do walk thru's without my request, just to check and see how things were going & make videos of the progress to send to me. He would review documents that were being sent to me form the builders and mortgage company to let me know if it was legit and even "dummy it down" for me if necessary. He figuratively "held my hand" through the rigorous process. He stayed in touch. He was personable. TO ME? Brandon COX is a PHENOMENOL realtor! I would use him again in a HEARTBEAT! Anybody that is looking for a home around the Wilmington area should ask for him! I cannot say ENOUGH good things about how he made the process tolerable for me!!!THANK YOU BRANDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Brandon. He was awesome to work with and gave great advice on what to look out for when we started getting offers. I was nervous that it would be on the market a long time but with Brandon’s help we were under contract within 3 days. Definitely recommend hiring Brandon as your real estate agent.

Brandon was so helpful to us being new to the Wilmington area. He was at every meeting with our builder and was a wealth of information from our initial home search until closing. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to relocate near the coast.

Ryan was a fantastic realtor and helped us find our first home. He was sure to educate us on the home buying process, was responsive, and had a lot of knowledge regarding the different neighborhoods in and outside Wilmington. We enjoyed spending time with Ryan throughout the showings and felt we could trust him throughout the process. I would recommend Ryan to any friend or family member looking to buy in the Wilmington area.
