Jan helped us with both parts of our transactions....when we purchased a new home, and when selling our existing home. She is extremely responsive to her customer's questions and excellent on explaining things we needed to do. I would never hesitate to use her again in the future!

This was a wonderful experience. Selling or buying a home can be quite stressful at times. Jan has an innate ability to help buyers and sellers through the bumpy times. She is a problem-solver. Every time an issue arose she would let me know and would provide a list of solutions to the problem. This was very much appreciated. I highly recommend her as a realtor!

Jan is an outstanding real estate professional. My property was not the easiest to value and sell, but she did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with her service. She is personable and responsive and goes out if her way to take care of her clients. Jan is a 5 star realtor in my estimation, there is no one else I would use for any real estate need.

She's absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Quick responses, great contacts and very friendly. She really does work for you she listens to your needs. Jan went to 4 houses with us, she thoroughly answered our questions about each home. Any time we requested any seller disclosure she was very quick to get them to us. The house market still is very warm, but we found a home we love, at a price that was within in our budget we took our time and did not have to engage in a bidding war. She knows the areas very well. Buying a home is a stressful process, but she'll work with you every step of the way We read through a lot of agents reviews on Zillow. Jan had the experience that really mattered an it's not a part time job for her. With a Zillow agent like her quickly you'll find a hometgats for you.
