We had confirmed a time to look at a property with Richard and he never showed up; he did not call me or anything and left us waiting at the property for over 30 min before we decided to leave. I still have yet to hear from him. The house looked nothing like the photos (it was in terrible shape), so that was also disappointing as we had driven almost 2 hours for this appointment. Maybe it’s different working with him and properties he has listed himself, but from my experience I would not work with him again.

Dave Maiella is a class act. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help at the drop of the hat - even on the weekends, was such a blessing. Everything regarding the home buying process with Dave was straightforward, easy, and seamless. If you're looking to buy a house, and you don't go with Dave, you're doing yourself a disservice. Many thanks to the Maiella team for all of the hard work and help, they're the best!

Stellar !!! This was my first home and from the moment we connected til the deal was done the communication /process was flawless. They were 100% committed and explained everything and just made everything effortless and out my mind at ease. One million out of ten highly recommend. My experience with Richard and David Maiella has been nothing short of perfection! They not only helped us find our new home with ease, but they made selling our past home even easier! Communication and attention to detail with them is on par. As promised, they were able to sell our home within a weeks time and at asking price! They were there to answer any and all my questions and help me through the buying and selling process. I would recommend them to anyone as it has been an amazing experience working together. Richard and David were more than helpful. They communicated very well and met at convenient times for viewing homes. Very familiar with the area and insightful of the neighborhoods. Absolutely a great experience!
