John was fantastic. He helped me buy my first house about 9 months ago. I waited a little while to settle in and make sure there were no issues before writing a review, and I'm very happy with my purchase. He guided me through the process, and he never got irritated with going to so many different houses all over the places or with explaining the same thing to me several times. He went out of his way to check on things when I was out of town and generally did more than you can normally ask of an agent. We also had a lot of issues with a dumpster fire of a seller's agent, and he helped me a lot dealing with her. John is an honest and downright cool guy.

John is an exceptional Real Estate Professional. I closed on my first property with John's help and advice. As a first-time homebuyer, there is a deep pool of knowledge and opportunities that was unfamiliar to me. Not only was I intimidated by this, but confusion and uncertainty were roadblocks in my home-buying experience. It was not until I began working with John that the fog and mystery of home buying were lifted. John had exceptional communication skills and provided me with solid, reasonable advice. He answered all my questions throughout the homebuying experience, including looking at properties, putting in offers, negotiations, and the eventual closing. If/when we begin looking for another property, we will reach back out to John.

John did an extraordinary job getting us into our house. He is very knowledgeable about the market and does anything to make sure you're getting the right home for you. He works relentlessly Not only to get you showings but also the best deals that are attainable. John made the process easier for us first-time home buyers and as painless as possible. Carrie made it very easy to look for a house and to buy one. Anytime I had questions she was only a phone call away. I’m so glad I got to meet with Carrie and had her help with finding a house for my family.
