James Stewart is the best Real Estate Agent in the Salt Lake Valley for several reasons: 1. He is honest and upfront on what your house will sell for. 2. He gets to know you right from the beginning so he can determine the best properties to show you so his and the client's time are optimized. 3. He is very quick to inform a seller how well or bad a showing went. 4. He has 31 years of proven experience in Real Estate. 5. He is more than a Real Estate Agent, he is like your brother. 6. He is excellent at helping clients determine the best competitive offer to put on a home. 7. He has the best loan specialists for getting quickly qualified for home purchases. 8. He is very good at helping clients prepare their homes for the best showing experience. 9. I could go on and on. James is simply the best, if you don't use James Stewart from Black Diamond Realty for your real estate needs, then you are making a huge mistake!!!!!!!

James is great to work with, he has extensive knowledge, contacts, and he does the right things at the right time and explains all of the steps so that the buyer (or seller) knows exactly what is going to happen.

I’ve heard that buying and selling your home can be stressful, however, that hasn’t been the case. I know that is a direct correlation because James is our realtor. He makes the process so seamless that I can focus on other priorities. If your looking for a realtor that knows the market and will guide you along the process he is the right person to work with. I will hands down always recommend him to my family and friends because I know he will do his best in providing exceptional service. He helped us 8 years ago find the perfect home and when it was time to move again I contacted him without hesitation!

Extremely knowledgeable of the current market. Never felt pressure to settle on a home and willing to keep searching. Very resourceful. Straight forward about realistic negotiation expectations.

James has been extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process of selling and buying a home. He knows how to market, and had our home under contract in less than 48 hours. He is willing to take you to as many houses as you would like to see to help you find the right home for you. He is also extremely knowledgeable in the industry and has answered all of my questions and offered plenty of insight throughout. We could not be happier with James and all of his support throughout this process. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to sell and or buy a home.
