I recently had my 3rd experience working with Terry Behal. I've purchased 2 homes and sold 1 with her. All of these transactions occurred within days of contacting her. Her co-worker Clayton Littlewood is also amazing. All phone calls and texts are returned by the end of the business day, if not sooner. She's very patient and understands the frenetic energy I'm putting out there during this process. Buying and selling personal residences is stressful so I appreciate having my hand held when I go off the rails.

Terry Behal and team are amazing and patience. She has a great knowledge of the South Florida market. We looked at over 40+ properties together on 3 occasions, my criteria changed frequently. Since I lived out of state, they met with realtors, appraisers, etc. without me which was beneficial and time saving. Now that I have completed my purchase, they have provided help and guidance to getting a list of contractors and suppliers to assist with the renovations. If you're looking in the South Florida market, I would not hesitate to recommend Terry and her team.

Terry and her team are there for you from the beginning to the end. She is very prepared and was able to market our property very well and got an offer on our very first open house. I would highly recommend her whether buying or selling.
