Terry has got to be one of the most amazing people on the planet. Not only did she help me and my wife work on our credit, she took the time to help us find our first home 2 years ago. Terry is the most genuine realtor you will ever meet. She wants to know you not just make a sell. I can’t recommend Terry enough! I’m a real estate investor that can be difficult some times to work with but Terry is as good as they come in the industry.

Terry was my first choice when I was ready to sell my Florida property. My tenants moved out early, but that allowed Terry to get a jump start on the listing. Thankfully, she has a very wide network that allowed her to help me get the unit ready to sell. Along the way, Terry was very quick to keep me updated with what was happening and where we were in the process. This was the third property I have sold in my life and this was BY FAR the easiest transaction yet. The network of professionals that she partners with are also the cream of the crop!
