This is my second time selling a property with Hector and both times he did an excellent job. He's a best-in-the-business realtor. He has a great eye for design so he was able to consult me on how to stage both properties. He's great at putting together photos and videos that showcase the property in the best way possible. He held my hand through every step of the way, explaining everything in detail to make sure I was 100% informed. We had some hiccups along the way and he gave great advice on how to work through them. He managed them with patience and kept me at ease. He was there for me beyond working hours- whether that was at 8:00 AM or 10:00 PM. He's friendly and he has a great personality. I can't say enough positive things about him!

Hector was extremely helpful in the sale of my condo in Pompono Beach, Fl. He was knowledgeable, and helpful in all areas of the process. His marketing materials, including photos and videos were superior. Hector took care of all of the details and made the process as easy as possible for me. He relieved much of the stress of what could be a difficult process.

I was moving out of state to be closer to family. Hector was recommended by friends and upon meeting I instantly knew he would be a great REALTOR. I needed someone knowledgable of my condo community and the trends in the market. Hector was amazing in all categories. He was so responsive and proactive every step of the way. Hector was really reliable and professional, he had the condo we were selling photographed and digitally staged within days, which made it look really marketable. He was very realistic in managing our expectations, as the market was kind of softening up and we wanted a quick sale. He held several open houses and kept us apprised of social media traffic and serious offers. I was really happy with the whole experience and would recommend him without reservation.
