As first time buyers in South Florida, Hector was instrumental in helping us navigate the market. He was extremely patient walking us through the process. This is my second time selling a property with Hector and both times he did an excellent job. He's a best-in-the-business realtor. He has a great eye for design so he was able to consult me on how to stage both properties. He's great at putting together photos and videos that showcase the property in the best way possible. He held my hand through every step of the way, explaining everything in detail to make sure I was 100% informed. We had some hiccups along the way and he gave great advice on how to work through them. He managed them with patience and kept me at ease. He was there for me beyond working hours- whether that was at 8:00 AM or 10:00 PM. He's friendly and he has a great personality. I can't say enough positive things about him!

Hector was extremely helpful in the sale of my condo in Pompono Beach, Fl. He was knowledgeable, and helpful in all areas of the process.
