I cannot say enough good things about Oliver and Team- from attention to detail to marketing strategy, they are unparalleled to the others, especially in the difficult Miami market. They truly care about their clients. Scheduling the showings was easy, with ample notice on most occasions and even on short notice, they took the time to help me get my house “show-ready.” I cannot think of another team that puts in the effort every single time. Communications on negotiations and closings was also very seamless, with Oliver guiding us the whole way through. Moving can be a very stressful time, do yourself a favor and take the stress out of buying or selling by engaging with Oliver and team.

Kirill Kim At Oliver Davis | Live Work Play Miami Group | Miami Beach Real Estate My partner and I wanted to move from NYC to Miami Beach. We started looking early 2022. We found Kirill Kim from LiveWorkPlayMiami Group on the internet and called him. We were super clear about what we wanted: a top floor, lots of sunshine, high ceilings all within our budget. Kirill suggested a place immediately and we bid on it the next day. I was nervous because we were buying the condo without seeing it in person. But Kirill was steady and sure. He took my frequent calls to explain each step of the way. He took care of everything and helped make it a seamless transaction. We moved in on the night of the closing. When our plane got in at midnight, Kirill had everything set up for us. He had even sent us videos to help us find our way around. We love our place. It is exactly as Kirill had described it. I highly recommend Kirill. He’s patient, available, knowledgeable, calm and realistic, which are so important when you’re buying a home.
