We first met Jake back in 2018, and from the very beginning, he treated us like family. Over the years, he has gone above and beyond—always patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us find not just a house, but a home. Jake took the time to understand our needs, walked us through every step of the process, and always made sure we felt supported and informed. His dedication, honesty, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. He never once made us feel like just another transaction—he genuinely cared about our happiness and well-being. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and treat you with the care and respect you’d expect from a close friend or family member, Jake is the one. We’re forever grateful for all he’s done and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our real estate needs.

This is the guy you want working for you when you are buying or selling. Here’s why: My wife and I were ready to get out of the city and back to our country roots. We reached out to Jake to start the process and were immediately impressed with how quick he was to communicate. Not the pushy salesman style, but letting us know he was only a call or text away to answer any questions. It took him a matter of a day to find a few houses that fit into our parameters and we were off to look the following Saturday. The first house we looked at wasn’t quite what we were looking for, but the second one was exactly it. We were under contract within days. That is how closely he listens when you describe what you want. There were not a bunch of wasted trips nor wasted time looking at “maybes”, it was spot on exact. That is what we wanted in a realtor and we got it with Jake. As we got into negotiations, Jake took the bull by the horns and made sure everything was handled. There were some pretty important items the seller’s agent didn’t want to address, but Jake was professionally persistent and was able to get those items handled and we closed quickly. Then there was dealing with our other house. We have really good equity and wasn’t sure if we should sell or rent. Jake also walked us through the pros and cons of both, threw numbers together, and advised us that while he would love to help us sell, the smart choice was to rent it out at this time. How many realtors would do that instead of telling you to sell so they could make a commission? Most, but not this guy. That is what we call integrity and why we will call Jake when the time comes to sell. I highly recommend Jake and his team for your real estate needs. He has a smashing personality and he does not rest until your deal is done…the right way.

Jake is absolutely the best realtor in Texas. He has a great team behind him and puts forth 100 percent effort for you and are completely assured he has your best interests at heart. He works tirelessly without showing fatigue and has a personal drive that can't be topped. I would use again and recommend him and his team to anyone that wants a seamless and smooth home buying experience. Top tier realtor 100%.

These 5 questions are questions that I am answering out of personal history and experience. 1. Why did I decide to make my move with Team Freedom? Because of the wealth of knowledge you and your team have in Real Estate; the market, confidence/success in the past gave me confidence, you have an entire team dedicated to your clients, and I've served with you in the Army before you retired and known from experience that you only ever wanted what was "best" for your Soldiers 2. What were you looking for in your realtor? (a)Someone who would act in my best interests (wealth management) if I was unfamiliar with the information or how to interoperate the material (b)someone who actually actively listens to you and your wants/needs..... and you did exactly that! I would say "keep it up", but I've known you since the Army and you have always been I high performer (I'm biased). 3. Why did I chose you? I can/probably always will in the past entrusted you with my life, not just my finances, but if one of my Soldiers had a "pay issue" you were on it! I'm assuming Real Estate comes naturally to natural leaders? I chose you because I could have not talked to you in months/years; I could pick up the phone from anywhere in the world; and you would probably stop everything you were doing to address it. Shoot, you did a 700 MILE 1 day roundtrip just to come meet the new wife, and a surprise visit with your ever-present due diligence to look at our favorite houses together. People this is the man you want in your corner!! Not only for you but YOUR FAMILY; "Jake" will make sure all of your concerns are addressed and make SURE it is taken care of. 4. What did you value most about my service? Direct and open communication. Jake always actively listening; meaning your "wants vs needs", cuts out wasting a lot of time when we can "dial in" or curtail your custom home searches to your specific client needs. You will literally tell me if it's a bad deal! I have never heard another agent tell their client not to buy a plot of land.... why? Because Jake has you and your family's best interests always upmost and forefront at heart. Frankly I surprised you don't have a following group like Mr Cardone. 5. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? If you want a "straight shooter" than Jake is your man! Very direct and open and I love it. I never got to meet Jake's team, but if we use historical success as a gauge; than I have no doubt they are nothing short of exceptional SME's (only types of people he keeps around). After the dust had settled, and we closed/moved in within 50 days start to finish. Jake won't rush you, but I was in a rush with a baby on the way, and an overfilled small apartment. Jake will match/work at your rhythm/OPTEMPO, that's what I love about him. Love you Jake - Amanda and I will be forever grateful...
