I cannot say enough positive things about working with Brian to sell our home in Fort Worth, TX. He is clearly very knowledgable within the field and knew all the numbers for the area at all times, which really helped keep us informed and up to date. We moved out of state and Brian made the transition for us seamless while we coordinated selling out home from states away. He took care of everything, helping manage the home throughout the random Texas winter freezes. His communication was excellent and not only did he keep us informed, but also provided clear guidance, while allowing us to make the most informed decision. We had some stressful moments that he navigated like an expert. I would use Brian again and would recommend him to anyone selling a home in Texas. You could not find a better advocate or real estate professional in the DFW area!

We just purchased our 2nd home using Brian as our realtor. The first time was when we moved to Texas from out of state. This time we moved from the Fort Worth side of the metroplex to the Dallas side. Brian again exceed our expectations. He knew the house we wanted to view was going to sell quickly and arranged for us to be one of the first people to see it. Within 24 hours we had our dream home. He helped us get our current home ready for showing and provided excellent statistics and recommendations to improve showings. Brian was so go in fact that the sellers of the house we purchased request ed his contact information as they said he did a better job than their realtor. The realtors representing the buyer on our home sale also commented how much Brian stayed on top of things. Brian is prompt to answer questions and his experience and expertise shines. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I don't think we could have found the home we did without Brian! He truly does care and made our first time home buying so fun and easy! He is knowledgeable about houses and always wanted to ensure we found the best home for us. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Overall, he is a fantastic realtor and an amazing person.

Brian is not just an amazing realtor, he is also a guy with a lot of integrity and heart. My mother first met Brian when he was showing someone else a house and we were just driving around looking. She got connected with him and he began to look for a new home for my parents. My husband and I would go look with them and we were so impressed with Brian’s knowledge and how he looked out for my parents. He would point out concerns to us that we might not have noticed. He was more concerned about them getting a good house than just getting a sale. So when we decided to sell our house and move, we called him. He went above and beyond for us as we got the house ready to list. He never pressured us about time or anything. He was just always ready to help when we needed it. He expertly walked us through the whole process and made a very stressful time a lot more peaceful. He has been such a blessing to have in our lives. I highly recommend him whether you are looking to buy or sell. You won’t regret it.

Brian St. Clair is phenomenal. We found him through a friend that had worked with Brian to purchase a house. I was immediately impressed with his construction knowledge as he advised our friend on red flag items she should be looking for while viewing houses. We immediately contacted Brian when we decided to sell our home a few years later. He helped us get a great offer on our home in Fort Worth and then he was so patient with us while we looked for our new home in Carrollton. When we found ourselves in a position to need sell that house we didn't hesitate to reach out to him again. Once again he proved to be the best person to assist us as we forged ahead with the process selling one house and buying a new home that better suited our needs. Anytime we can, we're always happy to recommend this amazing realtor.
