Relocating from another state can be a stressful experience, but with Ben in our corner, the home buying process was not. He was knowledgable, available, and provided valuable advocacy and support when a purchase fell through at inspection time. It was clear he always had our best interests at heart and in the end we found an house we loved even more and are proud to call it our home.

Ben was consistent, involved and on top of the entire process. From initial listing through closing. Good listener, never created false expectations and even got involved when buyer and seller needed assistance with wrinkles on attorney end. His responsiveness to any and all questions was quick and easy. He and his team are quite professional and a pleasure to work with.
