I cannot recommend Irina enough!! We have used her 3 times and each time was amazing!!! Most recently she sold out home, and not only did she sell it really fast, she sold it for more than I thought we'd get! The entire process was quick and smooth! Excellent communication! The best part about working with Irina: SHE IS LEGITIMATELY WORKING FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST!! We felt it from the moment we met her and it is exactly why we have gone through her for all of our real-estate needs. THANK YOU, IRINA!!!

I just want to take a moment to give a massive shout-out to Irina Allison for making the home-buying process as easy as possible for my mother in law. From the moment I spoke with her, Irina was beyond helpful, patient, and truly dedicated to finding the perfect home. Not only did she help secure a fantastic home, in a great location, but she also managed to get it at a great price. The whole process was incredibly fast, much quicker than we ever expected. She made sure everything went smoothly, kept us informed at every step, and answered every question with care and expertise. I always appreciate someone who pays attention to the details. I know it wouldn’t have been possible without Irina working tirelessly on her behalf. Whether it was texts after hours or meeting the family on short notice based on our busy schedule, Irina always showed up willingly. She made sure to take the time to understand our entire situation and I know that she took pride in finding us a great fit. Home-buying can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but working with Irina was anything but. Irina is a dedicated and caring professional. She went above and beyond to help my elderly mother sell her home. Her personal touch made our business transaction feel more like a family friend helping us out. She went as far as to go visit my mother in her assisted living home to help her with paperwork, take documents down to the city on my mother’s behalf, and even offer to pick her up and driver her to the closing. Irina is also a savvy businesswoman who marketed our home aggressively with consistent follow up with both ourselves and the interested parties along the way. She sold the house much faster than similar homes in the same development. She also provided recommendations for services such as move out cleaners and carpet cleaners. Everyone she recommended was amazing to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Irina! She and I had been working together long distance during this process, so when I was back in the area she took the time to take me to lunch to meet me in person. You truly can’t ask for a more caring and competent realtor. You will not regret your decision to work with her!

Amanda was exceptional with assisting us in purchasing our Home. I have worked with Irina a few times now. She is, hands down, the best real estate agent I've interacted with. She has streamlined processes for buying, selling, and placing tenants in a property. She's a clear communicator as well. I wouldn't use anyone else.
