Sherrene was exceptionally competent and personable. She was very timely in her responses and prioritized communication so we always understood next steps. Sherrene was such a great help to us when we decided to buy a house 5 hours out of town. My husband and I were not able to make it for every showing and Sherrene was so helpful and spent extra time for us doing a few virtual tours, she was always very respectful and quick to return calls. I will admit I am an emotionally driven person and Sherrene was outstanding putting up with my “emotions”. Once we finally chose our house there were a few issues that needed done to get it through to closing but Sherrene and her husband Chris are just amazing at problem solving! I can’t say enough good things, you can’t go wrong if you give Sherrene a call!!
