My Husband and worked with Ken to purchase our first home. Ken has been our realtor for over 25 years. Yes, that is how long it took for us to finally find the perfect lot to purchase. He stayed with us diligently sending us listings and ready to show us property when we made the 3 hour trip to Sisters/Bend. He was prompt in texting or emailing us when we had questions or concerns. I found Ken because of his exceptional online reviews and was pleased with my experience as a first-time homebuyer in Bend. Ken replied to my questions quickly and thoughtfully and I felt confident that he was knowledgable and knew what he was doing. Ken made what seemed like an overwhelming task of preparing and getting our home ready to list easy and fast. He was detailed and prepared in providing us a easy to follow checklist and advising us on what we needed to do to maximize our price and get our home sold. The listing pictures turned out beautiful and the marketing remarks describing our home and property were spot on. Once we went live we ended up obtaining a full price offer in less than a week. The closing process was smooth and we had a success closing.
