Carol is outstanding. She helped my husband and I buy a commercial lot in Redmond. She was there every step of the way and didn’t leave a stone unturned. We highly recommend her! She’s the BEST!

Carol just now helped me purchase a vacant 1-acre lot in Deschutes County. I live in Washington state, the entire process was completed remotely, from the offer through closing. She lead the negotiations to successfully reduce the selling price and the entire process went smoothly - we closed within about 3 weeks. A couple of years ago Carol helped me sell my 3-acre parcel. I didn't provide a Zillow review at that time, so telling you now. Although the buyers wanted to have me reduce the price, Carol recommended I not budge on the price and it sold to those same buyers for full price as a result. All of the categories I've provided the highest rating at 5-stars, she deserves 10 stars.

Carol was all around an excellent business woman. Online she responded quickly, giving great detail and insight on the property, along with comforting help regarding all the extra online bits that came with this purchase. In person she brought a friendly aura and matched the same attention to detail she had online, giving an in depth tour of the property and giving just the best responses to our every question and concern. Carol’s approach is certainly one to bring comfort and confidence to the life changing purchase that is a home.

Emily was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond for us throughout the home buying process. She was always willing to take us to the property during buying and took us to any property we were interested in at the beginning. We purchased long distance and Emily has been great with visiting the property. She also did a great job negotiating on our behalf.
