Heidi is awesome! She helped me sell my condo and find my forever home in a tough market during an extremely busy year in my life. Her intelligence, calm and grace turned a stressful process into a positive experience. She also brought in Mark to assist during times when she was unavailable. Heidi and Mark made a great team - they both went out of their way to make sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner, provided clear timelines and ensure that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them!

Heidi did an amazing job representing us when we were buying our condo in Kaanapali. She was a consummate professional and kept our transaction right on track. We are out of state buyers and she helped us through the process so it went smoothly and problem free. She also ensured our new home was perfect before our arrival the day after our closing. We had a wonderful experience working with Heidi Dollinger. She helped us craft an offer for a Maui condo in a resort that we had stayed at for many years. Heidi is smart, level-headed and always guided us toward decisions that were in our best interest. Every step of our purchase was well-managed by the to-do list that Heidi provided. She had a wide network of contacts at the Title Company, condo association and local contractors who assisted throughout the process. I was able to purchased a beautiful condominium at the beach on West Maui. I am very pleased with her performance. She was able to get my Offer approved to my satisfaction and was able to move the process very smoothly all the way to the close of Escrow. She was able to keep track of all the critical dates and timely filed all the necessary documents at each stage of the process. Since I was from out of town (mainland) she conducted the inspections and final walkthrough on my behalf and found items that needed replacement or fixing which save me from future expenses and surprises. She is very professional and with excellent communication skills . I recommend her and I will use her again in another transaction in Maui. She has developed very important connections with Lendors, Insurance agents, 1031 exchange companies, Title companies, property managers, other Realtors, maintenance tradesman, etc. very important connections for a buyer or seller in Maui.
