    Cimi did an awesome job helping us to purchase our Maui condo. She made the process of buying remotely easy and worry free. She was always available to work with us when we needed to reach her, and she often put in the extra work effort to make sure that the process went smoothly. We highly reccomend Cimi and her Maui team!

    Cimi Morgan is a 5 star agent! My husband and I have owned and managed rental homes for over 40 years, but never tried a purchase in a different state. Cimi was a valuable resource of information as we looked at Maui condos. During escrow, Cimi was always behind the scenes making sure that transactions were done in a timely manner and correctly. When there were "bumps in the road" Cimi would always call, email or text with current status information as soon as it was available. I appreciate her support, humor, communication skills and efficiency. You couldn't ask for a better real estate agent.

    COVID hit us on the mainland so we started looking for a place as vocational home in Maui. I found Cimi on the internet and we've never met, however I am very impressed by her dedication and know-how of the market. She helped us narrowed down the area to purchase, and snapped our dream house within 10 minutes of it coming onto the market! Thank you Cimi!

    Not a big fan (at all) working very briefly with Cimi. I reserved a vacation rental of hers. And when I asked about safety regarding covid (ex: if my family was unable to travel last minute bc we contracted covid) she told us we should get travel insurance (so she could get paid obviously) and she wasn’t going to “hold up her calendar for guests that are not committed to take necessary precautions” all I wanted was to have some assurance that if something bad happened she would work with us. She was passive aggressive and in my opinion a bit heartless given that it’s a pandemic and there is so much uncertainty in the word right now. I have not traveled in over two years bc of covid- I don’t even go to the grocery store... and we are vaccinated. But her responses were cold and judgmental. She then cancelled the trip we paid for immediately bc I told her I felt she was insulting and that I said it was kind of crazy to not work with families during a pandemic (again this is all hypothetical I didn’t try and cancel I just wanted to know what our options were). So now we have to find a new place to stay. Such a bummer to deal with people who don’t take the stress of a pandemic and what it does to families seriously and would rather make money.

    Wonderful agent! Wonderful experience! I would use Cimi Morgan for ALL your housing needs. We had a very easy purchase to complete because Cimi was there throughout the entire process to help us as much, and as often as she could. She is Top-Notch!!
