We've worked with Ralph and Heidi back in 2020, but we realized we weren't ready. They were very respectful, we didn't receive no pressure or persistent follow ups but occasionally, Ralph would send some info or if my husband has some questions, they never hesitated to respond. Until 2025 we contacted them again and right away they went down to work. I cannot express the thought of how much they both made everything smooth for us. As first-time home buyer, we didn't know the process, expected how the process would be and even ask more in-depth questions. They raise questions or concerns that neither my husband nor I would know. They are honest with their communications; may it be good or bad news. We may have been approved for a different loan amount; they respected the budget where we will be most comfortable with. They are very knowledgeable in the area, very responsive and communicates very well. They literally helped us through the process and for that they went above and beyond in helping us acquire our very first home. With them, it just feels like home.

Heidi was amazing. Her knowledge and experience helped sell and close our home in the promised 30 days. We were nervous about the whole sales process, but Heidi alleviated our fears, kept us informed throughout the whole process and sold our home above the asking price. Definelty would recommend Heidi when you are in the market to buy or sell!

How do I put into words about this place?? I will do my best, these people did not only serve as my realtors they became my family. Heidi and Ralph helped me through a difficult move that I have been at this home for 20 years yes 20 years. Being a divorced, single 100 percent disabled Veteran woman with a tramatic past, no help and alot of stuff to move they helped me with everything. Heidi and Ralph explained everything and came up with different game plans, options that we could do. Heidi and Ralph not only were there Every single step of the way they made sure I didn't have any issues with movers, rental of moving truck or vehicle move truck. I needed everything and they were there for me they not only sold the house they were a god send. They will get you through everything with your best intentions and know that your in very good, capable hands. I cannot thank them more and they also had connect in the state I moved to that got me into a beautiful paid off home. Thank you Heidi and Ralph from the bottom of my Heart.
