Heather was absolutely the best realtor we could have wished to have for making our move to Florida in 2022 and completing another recent transaction in 2023! In 2022, when we purchased long distance from out of state to move to Florida. Heather took care of everything and made it so the transaction went absolutely perfectly smooth for us. We purchased another place in 2023, Heather took on and resolved the few hurdles we encountered with the property, once again making the experience an experience you could only wish for in life. Regina assisted me when I bought me house in Gulfport. Four years later when I had to sell to relocate, there was no question in my mind that I wanted to work with her again. Both buying and selling, Regina went above and beyond (as did her family!) to ensure that everything was right with the house. That included recommending the right people to make the house pass inspection when I bought, and making sure it looked its best when it went on market to sell.
