We have had the pleasure of working with Heather in 2020 when we purchased a condominium and again at the end of 2024 when we sold the condo. With Heather's guidance we were able to sell our condo in just one week! Heather was also integral in helping us purchase our first home in February 2025! She was very responsive to all of our inquiries, requests for inspection reports, and everything in between throughout our month long journey of purchasing our dream home. I sold my late mother's house while I was living in another state. Heather took care of everything! She was amazing, always available, and on top of things throughout the entire process. She oversaw all the desperately needed improvements made on the 61 year old house. She gave me great advice when I needed it. She kept a positive, calming attitude any time a challenge appeared. The house sold for above asking after the second Open House. I whole heartedly recommend Heather to anyone selling a house in the Bay Area!

Heather was an amazing support in our long journey to finding a new home. We had a lot to sort out on what and where we wanted to buy. She patiently listened as we worked through all the pros/cons of every house/location/school district. She was beyond responsive...making herself available sometimes with less than 15mins notice! She was always kind, never pushy and a true friend in the whole process. As a first-time home buyer, Heather is the best realtor I could have asked for! I went through a full year long search in the winter of 2020 and Heather was always there for me to provide her professional expertise. I could tell after the first few interactions with her that she had ample experience in the bay area real estate market, and I appreciated her quick and informative communication style.
