Gretta did an outstanding job, beginning with determining what steps were needed to get the properties (two homes) ready for sale, marketed them appropriately, and stayed on top of the process until its end. I would engage her as my agent should the occasion arise again.

Gretta and her team are amazing. Once again, she and her team hit a home run. Had a very challenging lot, that was in a Trust, and without skipping a beat it was sold. Gretta, your team are fantastic with following up and doing what you say you are going to do. Can't thank you enough for selling this very difficult and challenging lot.

Gretta did an amazing job with the sale of our condo. Her experience in knowing what buyers are looking for is outstanding. The condo sold for way more than we expected. We highly recommend her.
