Gretta did a fabulous job representing us during the sale of our home in La Mirada! She and her team were great communicating with us during the entire process and always made sure we got answers to all of our many questions! Gretta especially did a wonderful job advertising before our house even went on the market which led to many potential buyers coming to the open houses! Gretta's Team was truly amazing. They took care of every detail and left us worry free. By visiting local neighbors door to door she created excitement prior to our Open House event. We selected Gretta based on her many excellent reviews and she exceeded our high expectations! The 5 bedroom / 3 bath Cerritos house was a family estate sale -- we live many hours away so greatly appreciated Gretta taking care of all the local details. She listened to our preferences and offered her expert advice based on the local real estate market. She managed the cosmetic enhancements (paint, carpet, and landscape, though agreed on no major renovations), did comp research to help set the right price, and got us 13 (!) offers in just a week on the market, quite a few above asking price. Her assistant, Jennifer, also helped a lot including summarizing the offers in a clear comparison spreadsheet. We were delighted with the final cash offer which allowed us to close and settle the estate quickly, and are so thankful to Gretta for making this such an easy sale. We highly recommend Gretta and her team!
