In our process of first time home buying, Marcel was very supportive and knowledgable. We spent many tours pointing out things here and there that interested us and Marcel took note of these and was able to narrow our searches based on features or items we had liked. Marcel dedicated time to reviewing each of the prospective homes we sent over and was quick to reply with more information specific to our needs about each home, and we sent many his way! As first time home buyers, Marcel also spent time helping us learn how to spot pros and cons while touring homes that would eventually become things that we looked for on our own and made us feel more confident in our approach. When it came time to putting in offers, Marcel was willing to answer any questions we had and kept in touch throughout each offer review. When we closed on our home, we were very excited and even after closing, Marcel stayed in contact to provide support in our understanding of all that comes with first time home buying! It is all this and more that speaks to his attention to detail and kindness in navigating a challenging market.

We recently worked with Marcel Kluetz to buy our first home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He was responsive to our calls, questions, and requests to tour homes, and always took the time to answer our questions in a clear and concise way. He also took the time to educate us on the home-buying process from start to finish, which was incredibly helpful. One of the things we appreciated most about Marcel was his willingness to fight hard for us to get the house we wanted. He was persistent and knowledgeable about the market and was able to negotiate a great deal for us. He also helped us steer away from impulsive decisions but fully supported us when we were making a good one. We were active home buyers and every week would send him several listings we wanted him to review and provide feedback on before deciding to go to the open house or having him schedule a tour. We put him through this for about two months until we were finally able to land the right one. We kept him busy and he was nothing but helpful and happy to work with us the entire time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Marcel. He is a friendly, charismatic, and knowledgeable agent who we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Rayne did a superb job in helping us navigate the Seattle real estate market which we did not have any prior experience or knowledge about. She was very skillful and prompt yet very professional in every aspect of the transaction: from finding the right unit, making an offer, negotiating and up to closing. She always kept us informed about what’s happening with all documentation. I will highly recommend or refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Seattle area and beyond. It’s nice to have gained a friend in the area.

Simply the Best! We’ve bought and sold properties on two continents, and been in the real estate business ourselves. Rayne is undoubtedly the best real estate agent we’ve dealt with. Ours was a tricky sale. A deceased estate, requiring a complete renovation, with us living outside the US. Not only did Rayne fetch a great price in a tightening market, but she also enlisted an excellent contractor, gave input into design and style choices, sourced private funding for the remodelling, and helped coordinate the project to get to market at an ideal time. If I were to describe Rayne in five words – creative, entrepreneurial, pro-active, unflappable and engaging. You won’t go wrong.
