As a home buyer, working with Jerry Manes of the Link Properties team was great. It was a stress free experience due to how the Link Team took care of everything involved with purchasing a home. The team congenially worked together and with third parties such as the title company, inspectors, the seller, and contractors. Everything was done promptly and to a high standard. Coming from out of state, they went above and beyond the call of duty such as making sure my drive was plowed, recommending needed local services, and familiarizing me with the utilities.
