We loved working with Grace, she is very hardworking and dedicated to her job. Grace is an OUTSTANDING realtor. Grace always went above and beyond for even the tiniest of things. She is extremely knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly. From the moment we met, we instantly clicked and made us feel very comfortable. Grace makes herself available and really knows how to find your perfect match. She didn't help us buy a house, Grace found our home! I would recommend Grace to anyone buying or selling a house in the blink of an eye. Better call quick cause she's be on the go!

Graziella has been my realtor for 8 years, i initially worked with her to list my house for rent and most recently to sell my home. We worked with Grace to buy our first home. She was super responsive, worked to understand our goals, and learned our preferences very quickly. As we were traveling to look at homes in the area, we really appreciated that she worked hard to make the best use of our time - she was creative in identifying houses for us to view even on short notice when other open houses were canceled at the last minute. When we found our home, Grace guided us through the process and helped us manage the negotiation, inspection, and closing. Even after closing, Grace has continued to help us get to know the neighborhood, find service providers, and just be a great local friend while we settle in. We've really enjoyed building a relationship with Grace and have recommended her to multiple friends. We feel very lucky to have found and worked with her!
