For the spark notes version just read this sentence. 10/10 if you want to be in the house of your dreams, she will get you… home. Now a little bit more about Cynthia, Rarely do I ever give people such extensive reviews but she is worth writing about, buckle up. Let me paint you a picture that may be familiar to you. The year is 2023 you’re on realtor/Zillow every day. You have been to over 20 open houses and tried different agents that are not giving you good advice or inspiring confidence in the market and your house-buying power. You're not catching a break. Every house you put an offer in is going for 30-50K over asking and you know the value isn't there. You decide to give up until next year. Next comes 2024, it's January, and more houses are coming on the market, things are looking better. By chance, we were able to get Cynthia for a house showing. We didn't know we struck gold. An agent with a sense of humor and knows her stuff. We could tell in 30 seconds that we were going to be a good fit. We learned a lot more in 1 hour with her than we learned wasting months of time with other agents. She swept us off our feet and held our hand finding the house of our dreams every step of the way. We were in the house of our dreams within 3 months. She has good and reputable contacts for everything. It turns out we were paired with all the wrong people. Our original mortgage company was calculating our DTI incorrectly, her network of contacts came in handy for any additional services we required. She understood our needs and guided us as first-time homeowners with any questions and concerns we had. She worked tirelessly and efficiently to get our closing moved up and got all the parties involved in our house purchase lined up for us. Cindy did an EXCELLENT job in helping us sell and buy a new home. We met her two years ago when we were tentatively looking to move. She kept in touch and here we are in our forever home. From listing, to open house, to closing and always being available to show us homes on the market to buy Cindy was there every step of the way. She was even available for late night texts and phone calls. I would recommend her to ANYONE who is looking to sell or buy!!!

Cynthia was more than helpful during the buying process, her guidance and patience was reassuring. Being a single father with two kids and a full time job my life is very complicated. I contacted her 4 years ago when my life was crazy, but when the time was right I knew she was the best person to help us. Cynthia helped us find the perfect home for our family and even set up the home for our fire inspection and was there to make sure things were perfect. We can't thank Cynthia enough, she is truly an amazing realtor.

Cynthia went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase a Condo. Not only did she show us multiple listings to choose from, but she negotiated with everyone involved in closing the deal. She was involved in every aspect and would take our calls at all hours. I don’t think any person could have done a better job than she did. I am truly thankful to her because I don’t think we would have closed without her help. She is currently working with my in-laws and will be closing on their new house shortly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for their new home. She’s the absolute best!!!!!
