Julie was a wonderful agent to work with! She was helpful every step of the way, which was very important to us as first time homebuyers. She was professional and answered all of our questions about real estate! She went above and beyond to find out the information we requested and she communicated promptly with all other parties involved (the legal team, lender, seller). Truly one of the best in the business! After a few not so great experiences with previous realtors Julie Ann came highly recommend and she delivered above and beyond for us! She was honest to her word, was attentive to our every question and need, was there ever step of the way for the sale of our home and lastly she went well above as we were unable to be in the area for much of the processes. She stepped in when we were unavailable for building inspections and many other needs. There is a reason she has been in the business for over 20yrs and has continuous listings. We never felt second to anyone else as she gives all her clients the same level of attention. We'd highly recommend Julie Ann to anyone selling or buying a home in the area.

I met Julie for the first time when my family moved from NY in 2006. Fast forward almost 20 years, I was so excited to see her again now for my turn. After an unsuccessful attempt at home purchasing during 2020. We decided to break and were finally successful in the spring of 2025. Julie took us as adults under her wing and treated us like her own children. Often times there were feelings of hopelessness and discouragement. But JulieAnn kept her positivity and confidence that we will find the perfect home. As first time home buyers she ensured we were respected by all parties and not taken advantage in this competitive market. We are so grateful to have had her as our agent.
