If you are looking for an agent call Mary. Do NOT even think about anyone else. She is fantastic! Mary is so kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She never lost patience as we changed our mind soooo many times about the kind of house we were looking for. Our daughter and family moved to our area from out of state and we were considering either a multi-generational home (for all of us to live together) or a single family home for their family. As we looked at many different homes, Mary would point out problematic things in houses that we would have never noticed, saving us from making some costly mistakes. Often when we felt guilty about taking up her time and told her we would drive by a house before we requested to see it, Mary would offer to go herself. Our search was over 7 months but in the end, with Mary's help we found the perfect house for our daughter and family. They have moved in and are so happy. We know this wouldn't have happened without Mary and are so happy we had the opportunity to work with someone so warm and friendly yet so professional. We all felt so taken care of throughout the process. We did not know Mary before we began our house search, Zillow matched us, but Mary is the type of agent everyone should be looking for.
