We had an excellent experience with Glori Kloda! We sold our townhouse quickly and well above asking price. Glori’s experience was extremely helpful in finalizing the deal. Unfortunately after we had a signed contract, the buyer and his agent tried to renegotiate the price but with Glori’s exceptional skills as a real estate broker, we were able to navigate through the situation and had a successful closing. We highly recommend Glori Kloda without reservations!!!

As we were not in Atlanta area and were looking for property there, we needed a RE professional who is ready to work with us with patience. Glori was perfect!. She has ton of local experience and knowledge and guided us through our buying process very well. Since we changed our mind couple of times in terms of investment strategy, she was patient through those changes and helped us get the right property for us. Highly recommended.

Glori made a difficult move for our family much easier than it could have been. She was very attentive to, not only us, but to all prospective buyers and went above and beyond her role as agent. She was there for us from staging to closing, ready to help as needed and providing ongoing feedback throughout the process. I would highly recommend Glori if you want to sell your house!
