The purchase of our home was a tricky affair, given the fact that our previous home hadn't yet sold. Working with Mallory LaCoursiere at Keller Williams was a dream, and made the challenges of purchasing the new home so much easier than it could otherwise have been. Mallory was resourceful, hard working, and just plain fun to be around. She has since become a good friend and we've used her to help purchase several other houses for various family members who, like us, left South Florida to move to beautiful North Georgia.

Working with Mallory and her team was a truly positive experience from beginning to end. Although I didn’t end up closing on a property this time due to some personal issues, Mallory was amazing from the very beginning, she was caring, attentive and available if I had any questions or needed guidence Mallory took the time to understand what I was looking for and consistently kept me informed and engaged. She was always responsive, honest, and patient—never pushing me, but always advocating for my best interests, I never felt like just another client. Even though things didn’t turn out the way I would had hoped, I walked away feeling heard, respected, and well taken care of.
