Ginny stays on top of everything and makes sure it all goes smoothly. She communicates regularly to keep you informed. Ginny recommended work that would enhance my property to obtain the best market price and had excellent contacts for professionals to do the work at reasonable rates. I ended up with a better price than I anticipated and am very happy with my total experience of selling my property. This review is LONG overdue. In January, 2014, The house she helped to sell was my father's. I chose her because her profile indicated that she was like an 'energized bunny'. AND she was! She gave my sisters and me the advice we needed to prepare the house for sale, She assisted in getting stuff moved out when we couldn't (we all live out of town and my dad had moved to assisted living). She was able to help us sell the place within a week or so of it going on the market. I was very impressed with her professionalism and was very thankful for all of her help. I highly recommend Ginny!

I have purchased two homes with Ginny. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. She is a real knowledgeable person about what is going on in the total picture of the real estate business from purchase to closing. She has been in the area long enough that she knows many people than can help you after purchase to make any changes to your house. If you want it sold, she will get it done, and the same applies to a purchase. Lots of energy and plenty of experience.
