We decided to go with Kal and her team to sell our Vallejo home, and buy a home in Linda at the same time. I'm so glad we did. We followed her advice and got a good offer the first week. Jay helped us find the perfect replacement property. She and her team worked diligently and with our best interest in mind. She thinks out of the box and came up with some creative troubleshooting ideas when the buyers loan ran into issues. She left no stone unturned and it worked out! Amazing! We are super grateful to them for everything they did, I really recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house. They are very personable and professional.

Excellent Service. Impeccable Communication. 5/5 Star Real Estate Team! The Kal Johal Real Estate Team of Keller Williams Realty were extremely helpful throughout the process of finding our new home while also selling our existing home simultaneously! They took the time to listen to our home purchase preferences, were available any time for our questions or concerns and responded as if we were part of the team; coordinating, negotiating, collaborating on a shared interest end goal. They gave weekly official progress updates and emailed and texted updates in between so that I knew what was happening and what to expect every step of the way. I don’t think that I could have asked for a better outcome and really do feel like we hit a Home Run here. My sale and purchase closing dates are only three days apart and both started contracts less than two weeks from the time I initially reached out for their services! Amazing! I am not a first-time home buyer – this experience was leaps and bounds ahead of my last purchase! Kal and her team absolutely knocked this Sale/Purchase out of the park! Kal did an amazing job helping us sell our house and it was really quick. Even when we went out of the country for vacation, kal was on top of everything. Communication was excellent and professional. Highly recommended for anyone that needs to sell or buy a house.
