I worked with Gary. He made the process so easy. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Really made it feel like he was working just for us! He was very transparent with the process. He went out of his way multiple times to accommodate our schedule, even worked through The Weekends and evenings for us. The one time he wasn’t available he had another teammate be there for us making sure our needs were met. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you to Gary and the team for being with us every step of the way and making a stressful situation way less stressful!

Me and my boyfriend had the pleasure of working is Deep Johal from Kal Johal RealEstate Team. As this was our first home we were purchasing there was a lot of unknown aspect that we needed to go over with her. She understood our needs and which one to prioritize. As well as being reachable and understand to our work schedules. She helped guide us in many aspects but one that really stood was when we went over the offers we did to compete with others and how to stand out. I really like all the group chats that we had so we could text quick updates.

A HUGE shout out to Kal and her team, who went above and beyond to get the job done! We couldn't have asked for a better experience while selling our house. Their communication throughout everything was top tier! Kal and her team are knowledgeable and passionate about everything they do, and it shows. If you are looking to buy or sell, Kal is your girl! My wife and I were interested in downsizing to a smaller home with a larger lot and connected with Gary Aulakh of the Kal Johal Real Estate Team through Zillow in Sept 2024. Right off Gary took the time to get a clear understanding of our priorities and the features of the home and locations that we would consider. He also understood that we were not in a hurry to relocate but if the "right" property became available we would make an offer. He understood the market conditions and guided us in making competitive offers. After many showings during the past 11 months and losing a few to higher offers, he found a property that worked for us that we did not want to lose. Even though we were not initially awarded the sale, Gary stayed focused on following up with the seller's real estate agent in case the sale to another party fell through. Within a couple of weeks, Gary contacted us with the good news that the property became available again. We are happy to announce that we close on the property this week. We are very appreciative of Gary's knowledge in the market, communications, and follow up. We recommend utilizing Gary and his team if you are searching for a home.
