The experience my husband and I had working with Kal and her team as first time sellers was amazing. We had no idea what we were doing and her knowledge made us feel comfortable in a brand new territory for us. She worked quickly to get our home on the market and from there, was very communicative, honest and explained things clearly during the whole process. We had a complicated situation with some ups and downs along the way due to life changes and unforseen circumstances that we wouldn't have been able to navigate nearly as well without the help of someone that knew exactly what to do each step of the way. We couldn't have asked to come across a better team for us and so thankful that we found them!

After receiving notification to move to Colorado in less than 5 months, we needed to sell the house fast, so we turned to Kal and her team to help us, and here is why. Just a few weeks earlier I received a postcard in the mail that the house down the street was just sold. It sold fast! I compared it to the others I’ve been keeping around and noticed most all came from Kal. I called her and we arranged to meet to go over what she can do for us to sell the house quickly and get the most money. Upfront and honest, everything Kal said was what I needed to hear and know. This straight to the point approach held true to every interaction we had and I appreciated it. She came prepared to show me all the numbers and data. Kal took the time to hear me out and I felt we were on the same page from day one. Since then she has made it so easy for us by arranging every contractor, plumber, painter, gardener, stager we needed as she booked each one for us while we were on vacation. Good honest people willing to do good work for a fair price and that also spoke highly of Kal, which is a testament to her character for sure. Kal has a whole wonderful team by her side that is a well oiled machine at this point, each ones dedication to the team is amazing and it shows at each encounter with them. Bottom line is this…I sincerely recommend Kal and her wonderful team.
