Ginger did an outstanding job as my agent when I bought a 3 bedroom single family residence in January 2026. She was professional, transparent and fought like a bulldog to make sure the the inspection and Seller’s obligations were met in a timely manner. She was a very good listener and went right to work to find my dream home. She sent me the listing on 12/19/25, we viewed the house with my teenage daughter on 12/27/25 and closed in 1/30/26. She is the best there is— I highly recommend her whether you are looking to buy or to sell.

Ginger is truly a professional. Her sales skills are outstanding. This was our first time selling a home and Ginger walked us through every step. She is very knowledgeable of the rules and regulations for our area and handled every question and concern with sincerity and patience.

This is our second time using Ginger! No one compares! We were dealing with a high-stress situation and yet she took everything in stride and ease. She found us an amazing home and even sold our home in the same breath. One “warning”: she should be in the business of talking people out of homes. If she feels it's not a good fit for you, she is honest and will let you know. IF we ever have to move again, we know exactly who to hire for the third time! If you need an agent, Ginger is THE ONE. She is honest, hard working, and ALWAYS available.
