Ginger is truly a professional. Her sales skills are outstanding. This was our first time selling a home and Ginger walked us through every step. She is very knowledgeable of the rules and regulations for our area and handled every question and concern with sincerity and patience.

This is our second time using Ginger! No one compares! We were dealing with a high-stress situation and yet she took everything in stride and ease. She found us an amazing home and even sold our home in the same breath. One “warning”: she should be in the business of talking people out of homes. If she feels it's not a good fit for you, she is honest and will let you know. IF we ever have to move again, we know exactly who to hire for the third time! If you need an agent, Ginger is THE ONE. She is honest, hard working, and ALWAYS available.

Let me start by saying- I cannot recommend Ginger enough. I recently bought my house, and as a first time home buyer I was very wary of the process and all the details. Ginger made things so easy for me by walking me through every step, setting me up for success with her honesty, and providing top notch communication. Gingers top priority is making sure you are completely informed and 1000% happy with the home you choose. Her integrity is very obvious, as she is notorious for pointing out potential issues with homes or pricing. As someone who was a first timer- this was absolutely critical to me. I never felt pressure, and I truly believe she had my best interest at heart. My parents had also worked with her for YEARS as it took them quite a while to find their dream home. Ginger had been so diligent with their home buying experience that I knew I’d be in great hands. If you are starting to process of selling or buying, Ginger is the realtor for you. I honestly cannot say it enough!
