Ginger was recommended to me by my coworkers, who explained that she had helped many of them find their homes. She was no different for me, and I am extremely satisfied with the home I have, thanks to her. In particular, she was very helpful both in helping me understand the home-buying process as a first-time buyer and she was patient and extensive in our search for a home that I could purchase with the money I had available for a down payment and for closing. I was surprised when our offer on this home was accepted, given many others had higher offers, but her contacts recommended me to list accounts I would have never even thought to do so for, which won over the seller. She is very knowledgeable and well-connected, and I would recommend her to anyone in need of buying a home. I have even considered recommending her to my distant friends in the hopes that her connections can hook them up with a good agent in their area; such is my confidence in her.
