Choosing the right real estate agent can be a challenge. This was not the case for us. Julie helped our son sell his house so she came highly recommended. We were not disappointed! Julie was excellent. She was always accessible and helped us step-by-step through some difficult paperwork. She was always personable and professional. We give her our highest recommendation.

There is absolutely no way I would have been able to get through this process without Adrienne. I relied on her for EVERYTHING from finding a mortgage broker to getting house insurance to setting up the inspector all the way up to following her recommendation for finding a fridge. She (or her showing agent) took me to several viewings and I made 3 different bids on houses before I found mine. Each time she coached me through every single step of the process, gave me information about what to expect, explained things so that I could understand (even the complex inner workings of the crazy, illogical housing market), and helped me craft increasingly competitive (and complex) offers until I finally got my house. I cannot possibly recommend her highly enough and will continue to sing her praises to anyone I encounter looking to buy or sell a house.

I can't begin to describe Julie's effectiveness as an agent. She makes you feel like you are her only client and that you are priority number 1. She was relentless in making sure both our buy and our sell were flawlessly executed. She was thorough, responsive and incredibly helpful. I couldn't recommend Julie enough. Julie is an expert and extremely knowledgeable with selling / buying a home. She knows today’s real estate market and guided us with competitive marketing, home presentation ,open house and buyers appointments. Besides being great at her job, she has a wonderful personality and made the whole process fun and seamless. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile for them. Our house sold in the first days on the market. I usually don’t write reviews but our experience was so great using Julie as our real estate agent . If you want the BEST, use Julie for all your real estate needs.

She was very professional. She suggested that we sell the house for more than what we thought that we could get and the final offer was $55,000 more than what we listed for in just a couple of days. I recommend Adrieene 100%.
