We chose Julie to help us sell our house because from the first time we met her we loved her warmth, great communication, knowledge of the market, and great success as a realtor. Julie was easy to work with, always on top of things and kept us informed constantly throughout the whole process, which was very helpful. Julie works hard and does whatever it takes to bring in new prospective buyers. She has new ideas and was creative to try new things when the market was a little slow. When we had 2 offers she did a great negotiating job to get us the best deal. With Julie you always know she is in your court and doing what is best for YOU! Absolutely amazing. Enjoyed very much working with her and her group. Wonderful to talk to and not only did the best for me, but worked with me throughout the entire process. Knowledge and skills are off the charts. Am sad that I found my forever home bc I won’t be able to use her and her team again, but will let everyone I know about her and her team when it comes to buying and selling a home. Everything was a breeze!

Julie was fabulous to work with!! She was professional, attentive and a joy to work with. She came in with a plan and executed it exactly as she presented it. Our house sold in less than a week. I recommend Julie to anyone doind their first home sale. She treated us like friends.

Julie is absolutely hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors I’ve met. She has been with us from the beginning of finding a new home to selling our other home. She also has so many connections and just has a great network of people surrounding her. Top tier at her craft I’d like to say. We love her!
