My wife and I didn't know where to begin when selling our first home in 2017, and after meeting Gerri knew we had someone who could not only help us, but who understood the market extremely well. Always by our side, we never had to question that Gerri was working with us and no one else. Trust is hard to find in business, but we could trust Gerri from the outset. We loved our experience with Gerri so much, we asked her a favor...help us find another home in a totally different market! The experience was more than we could have hoped for. We're so thrilled to have found a friend in Gerri in the process - she truly took the time to know our needs, lead us in the right direction and have our back. We NEVER had to question her recommendations or concerns throughout the process. Gerri Russell just handled the sale of a house for us. She did a marvelous job in pricing and guiding us through the entire process. With her help we actually sold for a little higher than our asking price. She is a professional with a great deal of integrity. I highly recommend her both as a selling agent or as a buyers agent she will take very good care of you.

I was in a different city from where the house was located that I was selling. Gerri did so many things above and beyond her duties as an agent. This saved me many trips. This was a very frustrating sale at times and Gerri was always professional and calm and guided me through to the right decisions. I trusted her judgment totally. Would definitely use Gerri again and recommend her to others.
