Gary is very easy to work with and if I needed to buy another house then I'd absolutely go with him again. He was happy to take us to see literally dozens of homes over a period of a couple years until we finally found what we wanted. It felt like working with a collaborator. Gary also has a lot of knowledge and experience relating to construction and renovation. That was incredibly valuable as we considered options that would have required some fix-up work. He is also good at spotting problems, and there were several times when he pointed out serious issues with a house and explained very practically what would be involved in living with or fixing the issues. Even after we closed on our home, he was still available for giving advice about renovations, recommendations about contractors, and a bit of emotional support. All in all, he's a good, caring, and knowledgable person who seems more motivated about helping his clients than he is about a commission. We'd absolutely go with him again.
