Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Worked with Gary on both ends of the real estate process on two separate occasions, buyer on one and seller on another. Prompt Prompt Prompt with everything! Always has time for his clients. Crosses his T's and dot's his I's; nothing is ever missed. No job is too small or too large. Expect professionalism , courtesy, and honesty. A-no -pressure -realtor. Wants his clients to buy the perfect home. PAYS for your home inspection! Never misses appointments. And most importantly, is very knowledgeable of the business.

From the first time I met Gary it was a GREAT experience, he was very helpful throughout the whole process. This being my first Time selling a house he walked me step by step of the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Gary responded via text, email and phone call to update me and to answer any question that I might have had in a timely manner. There is no doubt that if I ever need to sell or buy property he will be the one I call!!

Gary is a great guy who really had my husband and my best interests as heart. If there was a house he didn't think we would be happy in, he had no problem letting us know. Fulfilling our wants in a home was more important to him than making a quick sale.

Working with Gary was a great experience. I was not able to spend much time looking for homes with working so much and he made the process very simple and hassle free. Another nice thing he does for his clients is pay for the home inspection which was great. All in all, the home buying process is never simple but he made it as simple as it could get and I was more than satisfied with the result. I would definitely recommend using Gary if you are looking for an agent in the area.
