Diana is a professional. I had a house from an Estate that needed to sell quickly to take advantage of the current market. Diana knew what was needed, even as an "as is sale", but did not add any unnecessary expenses. The day after the house was cleaned out, pictures were taken and the property listed. The house was sold in less than a week. Diana kept me advised at every step and was responsive to questions she received by telephone and email.

I am very grateful to Diana and her team. First I found Diana, contacted her, she was very nice and friendly, gave a lot of advice and recommendations, and directed me to Anna-Maria from her team, who turned out to be very experienced and nice. All these six months, while we were looking for a suitable house for us, she was in touch, at any time she could find time for us and show us the houses, submit offers. She is a very cool analyst, understands all real estate issues, always suggests and advises the right things. And most importantly, she tolerated and listened to all our demands and whims, which she took into account when looking for houses. Diana and Anna are professionals in their field, and they know how to communicate with customers. In the future, I plan to buy a house, and I will definitely turn to these beautiful ladies. Diana got offers on my mother's Woodridge single family home in 2 days after listing it! We accepted the offer for 20K over asking with minimal investment to sell it. I live out of state and needed to sell my mother's home as her power of attorney. Being unfamiliar with Illinois laws and local contractors was not an issue. She had trustworthy referrals for everything that came up. We closed the sale right on time too. She's the best agent I've worked with!

Diana was amazing to work with. She was fully committed and understood who would be the right buyer for the property, with in 60 days she was able to identify and put together the deal. She is very responsive , and made sure deal closed in a short time.
