Jamie helped us buy our home. She was patient and showed us several homes until we found the right one for our family! Not only is she knowledgeable in what she does but, she is also very responsive and punctual. She valued us as much as we valued her. We would 100 percent recommend Jamie to our family and friends.

Jaime was amazing! She went above and beyond at every turn. We had an unusual situation where the sellers had two agents. Jaimie helped us with getting a General Contractor… twice! She was super knowledgeable on the process of our loan and kept in contact with our loan officer, Cameron Barthello. Jaime and her husband have successfully renovated and sold numerous homes. Jaime is was integral to the overall success of us buying our new home. Jaime is a fighter, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with. We were so lucky to have her on our team and you will be lucky to have her on your team too!

January 1, 2023 I am writing this in regards to recently working with Jamie Millsaps of Turner DeMarco + Friedman Realty. We were leaving our home of 35 years, from out of the area We were looking for a home in Lincoln, Ca. We were familiar with the area, our son lives in Lincoln. From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable working with Jamie. She reassured us at every turn, calmed our anxieties. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to fill every need. When we couldn’t find what we were thinking, hoping, we would find other options to offer us. She offered several solutions, one being a new build. She researched the new developments (which are many) and found the one she felt most suited our wants, needs. The minute we walked into the model we felt at home. The house we chose was under construction, to be ready in a month or so. Jamie went to work giving us information on how to proceed with a new build. She answered our many questions (some several times!) and put us at ease. She came with us for every meeting with the development and her “Eagle Eyes” were very helpful when doing the walk thru and after, rechecking with us. Jamie went above and beyond in every step of the transaction. She gave us updates of where we were and what comes next. She checked in on us about how we were doing with packing, emotionally doing (ahh!). She has still been checking in on us, seeing if there is anything she could do for us. She gave me a great place to take grandkids to see Christmas lights! Working with Jamie was such a joy and blessing, we miss not talking with her regularly! She kept us smiling and laughing with her easy going personality and sense of humor, which we needed! She made a very stressful time go smoothly and much easier than we ever imagined. We will be forever appreciative for Jamie with helping us with our new chapter!

My wife and I were exploring the possibility of moving and visiting open houses. We met 4 different realtors that day and Dave quickly rose to the top of agents we wanted to work with. He listened, heard, and executed on what we had in mind and our reasons for moving. So we leaned into Dave and found what many others have reported here.
