Franklin is a great realtor to work with. I happened to find his information online and took a chance on using him to help me buy a couple of condos in FL. I live in HI, so we communicated via phone and email and he was extremely professional. He was extremely patient and helpful by checking out all the units I requested and taking pictures to send to me. I happened to visit FL a couple years later and met him at that time. He was kind enough to pick my husband and I up from our hotel to take us to view the units he helped us to purchase as we had no car. All of this happened a few years ago. After a bit of debate, my husband and I decided to sell one of our original condos and flip it into another one. After my great experience with Franklin for our original purchases, I did not hesitate to call him to help us with the property flip. Again, he was a great help with finding property options, viewing the units for me, taking pictures, and helping me through the purchase. With our first list of units, he recommended 1 complex in particular, but after visiting the site, he changed his mind and had great reasons for doing so which he explained to me. We chose another unit and the rest is history. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
