I have purchased many homes over the years and dealt with numerous realtors. Fernanda's handling of all of my needs puts her at the top of the list. I am not familiar with North Jersey and really needed her guidance and expertise. She was adept at every level of my buying process and was responsive to all of my needs. I can't think of anything that she could have done better.. My wife and I are thrilled with our purchase and Fernanda relieved us of all of the normal stress in buying a new home. I cannot recommend her enough.

When we made the decision to buy a new house we contacted an agent we never met before via Zillow. We showed up and we’re greeted by Fernanda Silva. She was warm, kind, and honest with an appropriate sense of humor that immediately put us at ease. She proudly represented us with selling our home, as well as, buying our new one. We recommend her without reservation and are thankful she was the one to greet us at that first showing 6 months ago!

From the word "go" ,Fernanda's personable nature and rapid responsiveness stood out. She was able to gauge our requirements relatively quick and offer suggestions only on projects which were a 100% match with our few non-negotiable parameters. Fernanda reciprocates abundant communication in addition to promoting a collaborative style of working. She possesses an underrated skill of being open to suggestions from the buyers ,to achieve the end goal of closing on the house. She is respectful of time and makes open-houses a fun day out ! She is informative, attentive, reliable and super involved. She takes the time to understand all of your needs and makes it happen all without pushing for anything that isn’t within your interest.
