Peter and his office did not only help me to sell and buy my home which it was a smooth transaction. He has a team of experts that takes care of everything, but he has continued to be part of my circle. I have never felt I was just a number for him but more part of a community. Let me start by saying, Peter Boutros and his entire team (Begona, Maria) from Stunning NJ Homes are truly the best in the business. They helped us finding a new tenant for our investment property in Edison NJ in record time. From the time we got it listed, they were able to do get the entire job done in a few days. The communication was excellent and the response was always prompt and quick. The entire process felt like a breeze. Peter always answers phone calls and text messages and is very prompt in returning phone calls too. The entire team at Stunning NJ Homes are knowledgable, courteous and are great advisers and counsellors. We would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

My friend referred me to Peter when I was looking for a house. I was looking for a realtor that was looking for my best interest and would be able to help me along the home buying process since this was my first time in the market. Peter was friendly and very knowledgeable of the housing market. We went on many open houses where he brought up many questions I would not think of when considering a home. He would provide me his honest opinion on what he thought of the home and if it was worth the asking price. Once my offer was accepted, Peter had a great team that helped me with ease under contract and closing especially as a nervous first time home buyer. Peter was great to work with and would recommend him to any home buyer or seller

Peter and his team are fantastic! He's level-headed even when there are diffucult circumstances, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to help me help me sell my home even after I'd moved out of state, arranging for a variety of services to keep the property well-kept while it was on the market.
