I would and have recommended Fadie for any new home buyers. This was my first time purchasing a home and Fadie was very informed about the areas that I was looking to purchase in as well as knowing what would be required of me from each city. It was great to have an agent that understood what I was looking for and able to help me recogonize some of the homes that could pose an issue now or later down the road.
