Home Improvement budget 440- Lowes, masonry supplies 300- stone for fireplace The primary reason why we chose Erin is because she sold us our home 7 years prior. She remained in contact with us the entire seven years. In fact, every once in a while, we would receive a postcard or UK calendar in the mail just to let us know she’s thinking about us. It’s the personal touch that makes the difference for us. Therefore, it was a no-brainer when we decided to chose Erin to sell our home. Part of the experience of moving is having it a realtor that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. It’s particularly important that she showed her human side and was TEAM HALL all the way through. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor. Erin did an amazing job helping us with the selling process. We live out of state and she went above and beyond making sure that the process went smoothly from showings to negotiating with the buyers to making repairs. Communication can be tough with managing a business transaction remotely like that but Erin did an excellent job dealing with it and made it seem easy!

Erin was fantastic. I've known her for several years, and sometimes doing business with friends can be tricky. But Erin was a consummate professional. She anticipated everything I would need, and it was ready for me in advance. Together, we found the perfect house for me. I was buying from out of state, and the transaction could have been difficult. But she made sure my offer, down payment, inspections, and closing went smoothly. I couldn't praise her enough for her hard work and dedication. I will definitely use her should I ever move, and will recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.
